How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery to the US usually takes 7–15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Why does shipping take longer than some stores?
Our products ship directly from our supplier partners instead of a local warehouse. This keeps prices lower, but it adds some travel time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. See Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
