Refund policy

30-day returns: unused, clean, original packaging. Contact support@furawaypets.us or the Contact page with your order number before shipping anything back. Damaged/defective/wrong item: contact within 14 days with a photo—replacement or full refund, usually no return. Change-of-mind: customer pays return shipping; original shipping non-refundable. Refunds after inspection to original payment, usually 5–10 business days. Used/chewed/soiled grooming items aren’t returnable unless defective. Cancel within 12 hours for a full refund.
